Nicole Peterson is an associate attorney at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Nicole’s practice focuses on business transactional work, such as entity formation, maintenance of corporate formalities, and contracts. Nicole’s litigation experience includes breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other business disputes.

Nicole’s professional experience prior to Miller Miller Gerber LLP included assisting attorney Joseph M. Mona, J.D., C.P.A. with probate Law, drafting motions and trial preparation. She also conducted a law clerk externship with the Santa Ana Court of Appeal.

Nicole received her Doctor of Law from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.
