ANDREW ILES

Andrew Iles is an associate attorney at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Jonathan’s practice focuses on business law.  His practice focuses on business and transactional work, such as: private financial transactions, sale/purchase agreements, and long-term service contracts in a variety of industries.

Andrew received a Bachelor’s degree in criminology, law and society from the University of California, Irvine and a Master’s degree (MPA) from the University of Southern California. Andrew received his Juris Doctorate from the Chapman University School of Law in 2015. Andrew’s professional experience prior to Miller Miller Gerber has included time representing small to mid-size businesses in complex litigation, as well as serving as an in house attorney guiding transaction for larger local businesses.  Prior to his career in law, Andrew worked as a financial advisor servicing individuals, small businesses, and Southern California schools districts.
