Kim L. T. Dawley is an associate at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Kim’s practice focuses on business, real estate and employment. Kim has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including professional liability, construction, real estate, general liability, insurance fraud, and public law. Kim has handled a wide variety of litigation matters including breach of contract, negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and construction defect. Kim is experienced in representing architects, engineers, contractors and realtors in construction and real estate matters from pre-litigation through trial and appeal and has consistently achieved great results for her clients. Early in her career, Kim also represented public entities in civil litigation and code enforcement matters.

Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
