Scott Miller is the senior partner at the Irvine based firm Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Scott’s practice focuses on the defense of self-insured. He has been representing various rental car companies for in excess of 30 years. Scott has experience in representing municipal entities in wrongful arrest and excessive force matters. In addition Scott has represented Insurance carriers and self-insured in Subrogation matters.
Scott has tried in excess of 35 jury cases in a law career that has extended close to 45 years. He is proud to state that he has either won outright or the jury has brought back a verdict that was better than the plaintiff’s last and lowest demand. Scotts philosophy is the advise the client at all junctures of the litigation and provide the client with choices in terms of litigation strategy that provide the client with the most cost effective strategies.
Scott’s prior professional experience prior to Miller Miller Gerber LLP include being a partner at Chace Rochford Drukker &Bogust. He was also a partner at Goldstein Gurvitz Marlowe and Miller. He then started the law firm of Scott D. Miller which eventually became the current firm.
Scott received his Bachelors of Arts Cum laude from the University of Southern California. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from The University of California at Los Angeles. Scott is an active member of the Solomon Society an active charitable organization that is a part of Jewish federation of Orange County. He is also a member of The Grant and Allocation Committee of Jewish Federation.
