He works closely with business owners, executives, and management teams, providing practical, solutions-oriented advice that supports both immediate needs and long-term objectives.

Adam maintains a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice, representing clients across the full lifecycle of their businesses. He regularly serves as his clients on day to day legal needs, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, business formations and restructuring, and the purchase and sale of companies. His work includes structuring and negotiating complex transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and advising on corporate governance and operational matters, including employment issues.

His experience includes a wide range of commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder conflicts, contract disputes, “bet-the-company” matters, and federal qui tam actions.

Adam brings a business-minded approach to litigation, informed by his transactional background. He understands how companies operate, how deals are structured, and where disputes tend to arise—allowing him to quickly identify leverage points and develop effective strategies. Whether resolving matters efficiently or litigating aggressively when necessary, his focus remains on achieving outcomes that align with his clients’ broader objectives.

Adam earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from New York University. He began his career at Paul Weiss in New York City, where he developed the foundation for his strong legal skills.

Beyond his legal practice, Adam is deeply committed to community leadership. He is the Founder and an active Board Member of the Uncork for Hope Foundation, supporting programs for at-risk youth and their families. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Orange County and participates on Board Committees for the Jewish Agency for Israel, among other organizations.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys traveling, collecting wine, and playing golf.
