Sameer’s litigation practice spans commercial disputes of varying size and complexity from contract and business tort matters to disputes between partners, shareholders, and competitors. Before filing, he is already considering how a pleading will hold up against opposition, what discovery will actually surface, which motions will shape the narrative, and where the case could resolve. Before joining Miller Miller Gerber, Sameer practiced in the business litigation department of a large national law firm, where he handled sophisticated commercial matters and learned the rhythms of complex, high-stakes litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he earned a concentration for business law, made the Dean’s Honor List, served on the Moot Court Board, and was a Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. He is admitted to practice in California and Wisconsin, in both state and federal courts.

Outside of his practice, Sameer is an avid sports fan and spends his free time with film, books, and the people he cares about most.
