Joshua G. Simon

Josh’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty and control conflicts, employment and executive-level matters, intellectual property disputes, and other business litigation involving significant financial and operational exposure. He regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings involving contract disputes, fraud claims, governance disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and “bet-the-company” litigation.

Outside of his practice, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, their eight children, and grandson. He also enjoys traveling, backpacking, and competing in powerlifting.
